Payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card, and JCB) is available for participants from overseas.
お支払はクレジットカード決済、銀行振込でお願いします。海外からの参加者についてはクレジットカードのみでのご利用となります。
Until August 15, 2016: 1,000 JPY for administration costs will be deducted from a 100% refund.
From August 16, 2016: No refunds will be available.
2016年8月15日（月）まで：運営利用費1,000円を差し引いて、全額ご返金致します。
2016年8月16日（火）以降：参加登録費等の100%（返金はありません）
On-line registration and payment is strongly preferred.
当日のスムーズな運営のため、できる限り事前登録をお願いします。
Students have to provide official student documentation or certificate from the host institution/supervisor at the time of registration. Please send a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to isnac2016@nta.co.jp or by FAX to +81-92-451-0550 along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
学生での登録の場合、学生証のコピーをメールもしくはFAXでお送りください。ご提示のない場合は一般料金扱いとなります。
